Today I have a zest for cooking!

Baked cod with avocado,prawns, cream & cheese

Have you got 15mins and hardly any prep time?

Put oven on Gas7. Olive oil baking sheet. Place piece of cod in...season..sprinkle with fresh basil, avocado, prawns, drizzle with double cream. Sprinkle with cheese and slam in the oven for 15mins.

LOVELY JUBBLY!! That was my tea!

Oh and I've just found out how to do perfect eggs. Olive oil a muffin tray, line with ham, crack in the eggs and bang in oven for 5mins on Gas7...perfect every time!!

i dont seem to have a muffin tin

        You pour the egg straight into the ham in the bun tray! Put a bit of olive oil in first! The egg then sets in the ham...sooooo yummy!! 5mins is all it takes gas7

        yes in the oven! I often faff on at breakfast with bacon,fried eggs,poached eggs, or scrambled eggs...but not anymore this is just too easy!!!

    I love cooking but for one is too much hassle.
    However tonight I am having Minted Lamb steaks with mashed potatos and steamed veg(carrots,cauliflower and green beans)and a nice onion gravy.All home made,sheesh I must be bored!!
