Guess what's cooking

Dunno if it will be any good but tonight
we have salmon,leek and horseradish filo bake

chopped a couple of leeks cooked in butter
cut up a salmon steak with scissors
tub of cheese sauce
4tsp horseradish sauce
some frozen spinach

Mixed up and wrapped in filo pastry

It is now cooking and oooo only 5mins to go...

Jess pours a glass of vino

The few things I`ll add it will be fresh chopped parsley, and cook the leeks with olive oil ...

Garnish : wilde rice spinach honey roasted

spread the filo pastry with egg ...
