Did anyone watch The Apprentice? Ben had to go he made poor strategic decisions but worse yes worse he slagged off his team members!! Always a no no!! You have to show leadership! You have to stick by your team! The lady's team leader in my opinion should have been commended on her performance!

That mad woman annoyed me. She got so bouncy and excited. She reminded me of Charlie Dimmock on Crack

Hi Jess,
Loved the show too but I still think Sara Khan ought to have won the last series not Tim. I thought Ben was an idiot, how could he think that having them all round the stall was a good idea but I think the girls should have been disqualified, they got that fruit for free because it wasn't fit for sale, you can get bad fruit at the supermarket that will make you ill and that was what was rejected by the supermarkets.

i thought saira should have gone in the first programme. all i saw her do was shout down other contestants. that kind of macho management went down well in the 80's but most management consultants now wouldn't advise you to prevent knowledge transfer by refusing to allow other oppinions to be heard, even before you know what those oppinions are.
(she was good over the cartoons though, credit where credit's due)-

Saira does listen to other ideas but she is decisive and has the courage to put her ideas across forcefully. She also out preformed the winner Tim. She now runs a suscceeful business with her husband as a management consultant and is a big fan of my brother's.

Couldn't agree more, being a leader means you're the top member of a team, not above the team.
I know of a man who gently left his job after ticking everyone off so badly with his arrogant attitude that someone wrote in VERY large graffitti in the building that he leaned towards excessive... solo sex...
Wasn't quite in those words...
