Yesterday I was driving round the country...went to look at a refurbishment at Chester...decorators and flooring contractors have all started making things look good. Then went over to Wrexham where we had a meeting to discuss a party cruise trip on the river at Chester with some clients! Other than that did something really dizzy and blonde involving leaving the handbrake off..would have made a good comedy sketch....Highlight of today...so far....was..Britannia Stadium....never a dull mo really

Lionel Richie Lyrics I call it love

by JessicaSmith @ Thursday, May. 31, 2007 - 12:30:40

I Look At You
You Look At Me
(You Can't tell me you aint Feeling Butterflies)
Its obvious,
There's some Chemistry
(I think I know it cuz it feels so right)
Girl I wanted so long to know
Now Your telling me you gotta let it go
(Dont Tell Me I have to start all over again)
I Never thought that this day would come
(This is somthing that i wanted in my life)
I realise that you're the one
(and you're telling me its time to say goodbye)
whats inside of my heart It ain't gonna change
So it shouldn't be so easy to walk away
(You feel it I feel it lets not pretend)

(Chorus)
Baby, I Don't Know What Love Is
Maybe I'm A Fool
I Just Know What I'm Feeling
And It's All Because Of You
Don't Tell Me
I Don't Know
I Want The Truth
Cuz They Call It
We Call It
You Call It
I Call It Love

It's so clear for you to see
(dont let anybody tell you what to do)
Why they can't they just let us be happy
(i dont want to find somebody new)
If you know whats real in your heart
Then dont let them tear us apart
(Cuz you feel it I feel it don't say were through)

(Chorus)
Baby, I Don't Know What Love Is
Maybe I'm A Fool
I Just Know What I'm Feeling
And It's All Because Of You
Don't Tell Me
I Don't Know
I Want The Truth
Cuz They Call It
We Call It
You Call It
I Call It Love

(Break)
We Have a bond thats unbreakable
And its not time to let it go
(Were in love)
And now that we know its real
We are going to let it show
To the whole world
That I'm yours forever
and you're my girl

(Chorus)
Baby, I Don't Know What Love Is
Maybe I'm A Fool
I Just Know What I'm Feeling
And It's All Because Of You
Don't Tell Me
I Don't Know
I Want The Truth
Cuz They Call It
We Call It
You Call It
I Call It Love
(Repeat 2)

Love
They Call It Love
I Call it
Love

Books

by JessicaSmith @ Thursday, May. 24, 2007 - 20:04:16

Want to know a secret for living a healthier, stress-free life? Well, it's something you're doing right now – reading! Reading for enjoyment is a quick "escape" from worries or the day-to-day round. How else can you travel the world without leaving your armchair, meet fascinating people, visit the past, and make whole other worlds come alive?

But reading doesn't only stretch your imagination. Once you settle into a good book, you actually become more physically relaxed. You're drawn into another world, and your breathing regulates and slows. And engaging in reading takes your attention away from any problems or thoughts that may be scurrying around over and over in your mind. It can act like a mental "circuit breaker," literally giving your mind a rest. I know that, for myself, I like to curl up with a good book as a way of unwinding at the end of a busy day. Even the phrase "curling up with a good book" suggests a cozy, relaxing feeling!

As a matter of fact, the National Health System in the UK believed so much in the therapeutic power of reading that it instituted a program with local libraries to help promote reading as a source of relaxation, and a way of reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.

And just the act of reading helps stimulate the right side of the brain and becomes a creative experience, because it's like a dialogue between the reader and the author. You share in all the emotions evoked – laughing out loud at something funny, or on the edge of your seat with suspense, or even having a "good cry."

So, read any good books lately?
