Is it in mourning?
Ok so I found out. We all have to switch the lights off betweeen 8pm and 9pm tonight and any non essential electrical items..Hmm that'll mean my electric hairy dryer then and my hairy straightner. This is for Earth Hour so do your bit!!

I see...or not lol so we all go round bumping into things for 1hr do we? I wonder if there will be an increase in people falling over mop buckets and the like ;o)
